Largest resort on Utila where up to 35 guests can stay in privacy under one roof in the quietest location. Each of 4 floors has its own private kitchen, living room, large bathroom. The first floor can sleep 9 with two bathrooms and a private bedroom. Very private with swimming pool. Top observation floor is 360 view of the Caribbean with ping pong, corn hole, T.V. kitchen/bar, disc golf thrown to first hole from above and lots of chairs where everyone can be together. Each floor has rocking chairs on private balconies. Located on Pumpkin Hill which is the highest elevation of Utila.
