「The arrrival instructions were clear and the apartment was very clean. There is a Lidl store very close and it is only 20 minutes to the airport.The host Rosi and her husband are very mind and welcoming. They truly wanted us to have a good stay - which we did.」

「Minimalistic and cozy, this fully equipped apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacations at best. The owner is very nice and caring, always trying to help by providing every needed information to plan excursions, enjoy nice food and drinks and simply relax. Nice beaches, big supermarkets and shopping malls around as well as strategically located in the middle of the island, which means short driving to reach northern and southern coasts in half an hour. 「This apartment is situated in a quiet area but still perfectly located for exploring all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. It was cosy, well equipped, very clean and had a lovely patio looking onto the pool area. The check-in process was simple thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.」

"チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑) 裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。"

"チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。"
