"Hard to navigate, staff was not very helpful and the hotel overall is not kept up with nor updated. This is my family’s first and last time staying at Sunchase."

"Everything was excellent the food was fresh and there was plenty of room to sit and eat breakfast."

"Our check in was great, the entrance is beautiful. However the walkway to the elevators is very humid and slippery. My son almost slipped, the elevators are musty and they were sus. I think they need maintenance because they would jump and wiggle a bit too much. Our room was fine when we got there but when it was time to sleep the room was so humid that our beds were soaked. The whole night was uncomfortable to sleep because of this. The restroom showers drain was extremely clogged so we’d be stepping in 2 inches of dirty water to shower. The tvs are very outdated ni kids channels. Pool areas were alright, kids splash area was off. We thought breakfast was included but turns out it was only for a couple of guests. Bar area is unorganized because we went to the beach access and ordered drinks and food paid a delivery fee of $5 and our items were never brought out. My husband had to walk all the way back to the bar/ restaurant area and ask what was taking so long. We think the umbrellas and chairs should be included for guests, $40 rental is ridic."

"We did all of the activities SPI had to offer, and each excursion was wonderful. But if this is the condo you choose to stay in, you don’t have to book a single thing and you’ll still love your time away. The view makes the whole stay, and the condo is fully equipped with lawn chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, and boards to use in the water - everything you need to easily enjoy the beach. There are great restaurants close by if you don’t want to cook. We stayed with our two kids - we all had our own spacious bedrooms. If we come back to SPI we will stay in the same unit for sure. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and pampered."

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was okay, access to beach was great. Hotel itself felt worn and needed renovating. Smelled a bit musty too. Shower head outside hotel (for rinsing out) was broken, but staff member was kind enough to bring out a hose and help guests rinse out. Breakfast selection felt limited. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable enough but some of the sheets had old stains and needed replacing. "
