Private gated Villa sleeps 12. Large pool & garden, AC, WiFi close to the beach.

  • Villa al Mare is situated in its own gated grounds in a quiet area on the edge of Isca Marina, and is bordering mature olive groves.

    The 10m x 5m private swimming pool has a constant depth of 1.4m which makes it ideal for family pool games. There is an outside shower, sun chairs, hammock, BBQ, and a shaded dining area.

    The Villa is split in to 2 apartments and consists of the following:

    Apartment 1 (sleeps 8) - 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, open plan kitchen/living room, split over 2 floors.

    Apartment 2 Ground floor (sleeps 4) - 1 Double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living area.

    All rooms are spacious and have full air conditioning. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace, and have a view towards the sea or the mountains.

    A regular bus service is available from Lamezia Airport to the town of Isca Marina and also a local taxi firm.
