"the private onsen with mountain view was amazing and breathtaking. i would definitely return to this hotel if i come back in the future. the staff were all friendly and very well trained and breakfast and dinner served were both delicious and a unique experience. the amenities are all in good condition too in the public onsen. room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. it was a very positive experience. "Booked a 3night stay and each day just wow us more. The ryokan was having some renovations during our stay and there wasn't any lake view. However, the roof top view of mount Fuji made up for it. Every meal is different and the presentation is very pretty. There is always a welcome snack whenever we came back to the ryokan. It's a pity that i did not buy the snacks which were available at the store in the Ryokan thinking that I can purchase them at the train station souvenir stores. Friendly staff and the service was impeccable. We love the public baths as well which comes with steam and sauna rooms. "
