「Clean room and quick response from host. The only thing is I would mention that not everything is walking distance. Jobos beach is walking distance but there’s no 24 hour convenience store to grab the basics- water, snacks, etc- if you don’t have a car. I arrived at 9:30pm and we went to the nearest gas station which was like 3 miles up and we were able to get some water bottles and snacks right before they closed at 10pm. The posting said no car necessary so that felt a little deceiving....

「This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place at all … terrible terrible unsanitary experience. The female security was the only good experience, she was very kind and respectful. 」

「The property mangers were pretty good with communication and the check in process was easy. Overall the property was in a good area but the unit that I stayed was not what was advertised in the listing. It was very noisy because it was right next to the street. 「This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. 」
