「Wonderful stay, welcoming and helpful staff」

「This is a nice hotel in a small city. It is updated, clean and convenient to nearby attractions, and there is a wonderful full-service, fine dining restaurant on the property. The breakfast is very good. Service was wonderful - everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist. There is also a nice pool and lobby bar. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Avellino.」

「Hotel is quiet and clean. Close to a bus stop , banks , and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Eggs can be requested at breakfast. The view from my room and balcony was amazing . I'll be back ! 」

「　南イタリア旅行の締めとして、特に観光目的ではなくゆっくりしようと思い、ナポリ空港出発の前に２泊した。　そこそこ格の高いホテルだったようけれど、今はやや寂れた感がある。　しかし、全体によく手入れされていて雰囲気は良い。難点としては、ａ部屋にホテルの施設（スパ等）案内がないこと、ｂWi-Fiが最近の標準（５０Mｂｐｓ）よりだいぶ遅いこと、ｃ部屋が寒いこと、ｄ朝食に野菜類がないことなど｡　皮革産業で栄えた街とは言え、山間の静かな環境でくつろぐには良いと思う。」

「Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok. Colazione con cornetto e caffè o cappuccino servito al tavolo, piccolo buffet con frutta fresca, yogurt, diverse merendine, fette biscottate e marmellata ecc. Molto carino. Wifi forse un pò da...

"8月に娘と一泊お世話になりました。レストランで食事をしましたが、とてもおいしかったです。また朝食のパンの種類がとてもたくさんあり、もっとたくさん食べたいくらいでした。スタッフの方も皆親切で、ぜひまた行きたいと思います！部屋の窓からの眺めが最高でした。"

"Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. We were able to fully experience the local atmosphere, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. While the hotel itself shows some signs of aging, its charm more than makes up for it. If you don’t have a car, I recommend checking the local shuttle bus schedule to make your stay more convenient. It made getting around easier for us, and we were able to enjoy our trip even more. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to create some of our best family memories. A big thank you to the owner and all the staff! We would love to visit again."

"All the staff members were very friendly and gave us warmhearted services. Breakfast at the terrace of the restaurant was also amazing, thanks to ambience. Inside room was very clean and its view from window was so stunning (R.N 205). Fully recommended. Only one thing I point out as inconvenience is to hard to get there , if you have big suitcases, you should call front desk before arriving."
