「Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . 」

「Such a gem to have near the trail! In a walk around the block my father and I made a new friend, a fawn under a tree near thr sidewalk. A doe leaving her fawn near the sidewalk to go forage is a HUGE indicator of how peaceful and quiet this neighborhood is.」
