"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

Für uns hat leider die unmittelbare Lage an der Bundesstraße und das relative aktive Familienhotel nebenan nicht gepasst. Wir hätten uns bei unserer „Flucht“ aus Berlin etwas mehr Ruhe erhofft."

There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. "The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"

"2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Its OK great location, Spa is excellent. I just don't get a friendly feel its a bit sterile. I went onto Garmish and within seconds i felt welcome, every member of the team smiling and being really welcoming and happy to help and offer advice. I didn't feel this at this hotel. Feedback would be to focus on customer service and interaction."
