Walking distance from the beach, casino and shopping. The room had a "telephone" shower and a fixed one in the same shower, but only the "telephone" one worked. The hotel did not have a parking from its own.

La estadía en el hotel ningún problema, al igual que sus servicios en general....lo único que no me gustó que cuando hice la reserva por la web Hotels.com , decía que el desayuno estaba incluido ......y al momento de hacer el check in dicen que no esta incluido , que se debe cancelar aparte...el costo es lo menos , me molesta la publicidad engañosa....como la idea era pasar un momento agradable no quise discutir pero ya partimos mal....

Buena ubicacion. Construccion excelente y muy bien conservado. Mobiliario en muy buen estado. La atención al publico es pésima, recepcionista mal humorada y prepotente. Mucama prepotente y contestona, le pedimos que arregle la habitación y nos dijo que ella trabaja de 10:00 a 18:00 y teníamos que esperar a que nos toque el turno para arreglar la habitación -nosotros salimos de la habitación a las 9:00 y volvimos a las 16:00 dejamos puesto el cartel "Por favor Ordenar esta Habitación". Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba, mi pareja tuvo que poner un carton doblado en el interruptor de energía para que arranque el Aire Acondicionado. Toallas viejísimas y rotas. La cortina estaba caída y nadie se tomo la molestia de arreglarla, me tuve que subir a la mesita para ponerla en su lugar. La atención en el Restaurante si es excelente. El desayuno muy somero y sin variedad, los "ítems" que se terminan no los reponen. El estacionamiento cerraban la puerta y los guardias no tenían el control remoto para abrirlo se tiene que esperar a que alguien traiga el control de adentro del hotel, y hasta que encuentren a esta persona hay que esperar. En fin el primer dia nos quejamos, después nos tuvimos que aguantar y no dejar que esto afectara nuestras vacaciones, pero no volveré ni lo recomiendo

Una elección muy mala.,el hotel no es lo que esperabamos.,recepción fría.,sin persona que ayude con maletas.,pieza de regular tamaño.,sin espejo en habitación.,sin secador de pelo.,cama encima de la ventana incluso me asuste al principio por lo que la corrimos.,cama cómoda.Lo mejor del hotel es su restaurant.,aunque es caro es bueno.,la atencion de las personas excelente.En recepción.,solo una persona destacó, fué amable Macarena se llama.Wifi regular mi telefono funcionaba el de mi hija no.Hotel con buena ubicacion.Lo peor de nuestra estadía creo fue.,que considero una falta de respeto increible al pasajero.,el hecho de refaccionar una alfombra afuera de nuestra habitacion a las 9 de la mañana .,no pensando que hay pasajeros de vacaciones y por supuesto van a descansar.,si usted quiere arreglar su alfombra.,no tiene que dar esas habitacones .,incluso creo que ese piso no debe ser ocupado.,bueno fue tanto que fui y abrí mi puerta y claro estaban pegando la alfombra frente a ella.,el señor que lo hacia no tenia culpa.,el solo hacía su trabajo.,la culpa es de la persona que esta a cargo del hotel,con cero noción de lo que es prestar un servicio de calidad al cliente.No recomiendo este hotel.,para nada.

Mi visita fue por trabajo por lo cual esperaba que mis noches fueran de descanso. No fue así. Hay un problema en el aire acondicionado y éste emite un ruido molesto cada cierto tiempo sonando como un timbre dentro de la misma habitación. Al hacer el reclamo al personal del hotel, me comentaron que es algo que viene hace un tiempo atrás y se repite en todas las habitaciones. Fue muy molesto! Quiero un reembolso por las dos noches de estadía.

A modern hotel, well maintained, and with helpful friendly staff. The sea view from our fifteenth floor room was great, with interest being added by the birds gliding around. The fine dinning restaurant on the nineteenth floor is well worth visiting for the food and the view.

Nice hotel well located colse to Cavancha beach, Casino, shopping mall and supermarkets. Very nice staff, small but pretty pool, nice buffet breakfast (not included in basic fare) and a well equiped gym.

Buena ubicación, excelente restaurante solamente de noche muy bien atendido por el personal a cargo . No hay servicio de almuerzo y cafetería del primer piso solamente café y pequeñas masitas para acompañar. Servicio de mucamas: debe mejorar y Mantencion revisar habitaciones con luces quemadas. Varias .
