no entienden concepto de servicio al cliente

no me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel por no tener concepto de servicio al cliente. la primera vez me toco arañas en la cama y solicite la limpieza o cambio, nadie fue y al final termine yo ventilando y haciendo la cama. ahora hubo un error con el check in y por parte del hotel no hubo ninguna intencion de poder darnos (eramos 3) una alternativa para poder alojarnos. nos dejaron esperando cerca de 2 hrs y nadie de la jefatura siquiera tuvo la intencion de conversar con nosotros. finalmente nos fuimos a otro hotel. sin embargo al momento de cobrar la reserva la hicieron inmediatamente. claramente no vuelvo y queda claro que no tienen concepto de servicio que debiera ser el principal objetivo
