They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit. The listing made no mention of this nor any of the emails I received. I decided to cancel rather than pay anything else to these thieves, and was told I would be reimbursed the full amount of the reservation. "The property is okay. It could use some cleaning as the bathrooms smelled dirty from urine. The beds were old and the pillows had yellow stains, which was prerty gross. The AC filter were dirty and smelled moldy when we used it. One staff member who communicated with us was not friendly at all. Gave us a hard time about notifying them regarding a leaky faucet. Not sure i get it, but she implied it was an easy fix and user error. Honestly, we rented 3 apartments. The one i stayed at was not good...

"Achei o flat muito completo e bem confortável, super espaçoso e o atendimento excelente. Localização muito boa tbm. So não estava tao limpo todo o flat, como pia da cozinha, sanduicheira. E o maior problema que tive foi em relacao ao estacionamento que esta escrito no anuncio que tem, isso foi determinante para minha escolha e chegando la nao tem estacionamento. Mas de uma forma geral me atendeu muito bem e recomendo."

"Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía."

"Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia. "
