Poor homestay

The worst experience ever in homestay. Full of crocroaches, been seen few crocroaches running around and death crocroaches. Unit was with dusty furniture, old equipment need to be refurbish and renovate. Worst service, welcome message is request deposit, indicate left items need charge, early check in and late check out need to be charge. Check out time 11a.m. When we request for late check out for 1-2 hour. We were declined as they have tight schedule and declined our late check out. Only allow us to delay 15min. However, they can find our returned key, only call us at 4pm. Upon further probe, actually they do not have next booking, just simply lazy and nasty not willing to adjust their cleaner time so need to force us get away early. Terrible experience. Aircold was old and dusty, not cold. Won't be back.
