I prepaid for the room, no parking, as there was parking nearby and we had family at the hotel with parking already, but the gentleman checking us in handed us a parking pass. Didn't tell us we would later be charged for parking. Definitely took off points for that. "

"Our room keys didn’t work initially, the staff gave us the keys but didn’t actually check us in. The TV in our room didn’t work, they had to send a guy down to fiddle with it before it turned on. There was a lamp in the room that could only be turned off by unplugging it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Excellent hot breakfast. And the staff were friendly."
