"Great breakfast and friendly staff. Check-in is lengthy as usual. We've stayed here 11 times in the past 5 years, so overall we like the Hyatt. The room was clean but a bit dark even with all available lighting turned on. Carpets throughout the rooms and hallways needs cleaning."

"The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable stay with our two dogs. The one thing I might mention is that although the property is dog friendly, they didn't have a potty station for disposal of pet waste. We always clean up after our dogs, but we weren't sure where they preferred us to dispose of the waste bags. Also, I think if there was a pet station on the property there would be less waste left in the grass around the property."

"No information available in room or in lobby as to whether there was a pool. Coffee shop was nice and conveniently located to wait to be picked up. Webpage was infuriating, not at all user friendly!! I don’t wish to have my labor exploited to spend a couple nights in a hotel seemingly owned and managed by AI presumably somewhere on the planet. It would be nice to be a guest of a real person not inclined to be a rapacious capitalist."

"Kickback appetizers and breakfast was pretty good. Large enough space for many to enjoy and a decent timeline. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Clean room and vet spacious with a big bathroom and living area. Pool is nice to have an indoor and outdoor option. Hot tub was an extra bonus but that water was cloudy. "

"Stay there for 14 days and house keeper never clean my room didn’t give me clean towels or even give me clean sheets this place is horrible and it smells moldy "

"We were not given the room we had reserved, getting downgraded from a suite to their simplest room that happened to also be wheelchair accessible so lacking things such as a couch. We were told this happened because we booked through hotels.com. For parking, they initially gave parking at the nearby mall as an option. Only with further questioning did the admit the attached garage was an option, this all happening during a rain storm. During breakfast the coffee was empty and not refilled while we were down there. Then when we asked about a rate adjustment they said there was nothing they could offer or do because we had booked through hotels.com. It's a great location but I would strongly recommend going with another nearby hotel. "
