"Pink shell is amazing!!! The valet boys were very helpful everyday giving us suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Very polite kids. The lady at the main checking desk helped us find a sunset cruise for our honeymoon and even booked it for us. The room was very nice. The patio was spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. The set up chairs by the ocean in the morning and go around and place umbrellas for you so you can have a relaxing day at the beach! Rae’s restaurant located inside the resort is amazing! Great food, friendly staff, a gorgeous environment! Jack’s restaurant for breakfast was very yummy!! Chef there making mto omelets. It was an amazing place to stay!!"

"I didn’t feel the staff gave us a good overview of all the amenities of the property on arrival and we were not told that it wasn’t daily cleaning of the rooms… the hotel was nice. It was clean. Cabana restaurant was great…. Would’ve liked to see more nightly activities and better music. The karaoke gentleman was there more for himself than for the group."

"We really enjoyed our stay overall, especially once the Memorial Day crowds had cleared out. The holiday itself was extremely busy and hectic, but after that the property was much more relaxing. Our room was great, although it would have been helpful to have a broom and dustpan available to help keep the floors free of sand during our stay. One experience that stood out in a negative way occurred at the pool. A staff member came in and began inspecting my son's sandals because another child had reported a pair missing. We explained that the shoes belonged to my son and even had photos showing him wearing them. Despite this, the staff member still had the other child check them before determining they were not the missing sandals. While we understand wanting to help locate lost items, the situation felt a bit uncomfortable and probably could have been handled more tactfully. On a very positive note, we absolutely loved the Sundeck Restaurant. The food was great, and every staff member we encountered there was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. They were a highlight of our stay! We bought a few items to use in the ocean that we couldn't take back on the plane with us so we left them for others. It would be awesome if there was a place to "stash" this type of stuff for people who need to leave stuff behind. Then others can enjoy it. I know of a couple other places on the beach that do this! Overall great place, great beach and close to the square."
