We had a very lovely time in Inverness and we can say it was greatly due to our stay. We were greeted and assisted upon arrival and our host Russell (hope it's spelled correctly) was very kind and friendly. Location, breakfast, and room were great, and we will definitely stay here on our next stay in Inverness.

We stayed 2 nights. Russell is a very attentive and helpful host. He gave us tips on area sites we'd enjoy and even provided a map! A full Scottish breakfast was made to order and served on the most exquisite English China. The whole guest house is extremely efficient and well organized. Looking forward to a return visit!

The guest house is lovely and clean, the rooms were spotless and have everything you need, also plenty of information about Inverness and the surrounding area. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice on the menu. The host was very welcoming and helpful. When I return to Inverness I will definitely stay again.

Ross is friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area. His property is dated and could use some minor refreshes such as newer, softer, larger towels. The overall decor is also very early 90’s. Not the worst thing in the world but simple changes could easily bump the accommodation star rating from a 3. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Good stop over spot. Good location with only a 10 minute walk for access to restaurants etc. On site parking is available but tight to get in to. Ross is at the ready to help guide you…accept his guidance, especially if you have an SUV! If you get the opportunity, go to MacGregor’s pub. Excellent food and fantastic vibe with live music. Go early to get a seat!
