  • Welcome to this contemporary yet cozy Lake Windermere Pointe condo in the heart of Invermere. Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped condo to enjoy your vacation! Steps away from James Chabot Beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping.

    LIVING ROOM
    The living room features a flat-screen TV, you can use the DVD player to log into Netflix. Your kids will love the PS3 with a great selection of games to keep them entertained. Also within the TV stand, you will find books, games, and DVDs!


    KITCHEN
    This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

    Included Supplies:
    Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
    Serving utensils
    BBQ tongs
    Complete set of knives
    Coffee maker
    Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

    Included Consumables:
    Coffee, tea and sugar
    Salt and pepper
    Ketchup, mustard, and relish
    Dishwasher tabs
    Paper towel.


    PRIMARY BEDROOM
    Features a luxurious queen-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, and giant walk-through closet. Snuggle up in bed and watch a movie with the smart TV. The dresser will allow you to completely unpack to feel right at home!

    BEDROOM #2
    Featuring a queen-size bed with premium linens, this room is like a second primary.


    BALCONY
    Has a nice little conversation piece to sit and socialize with, with north-facing views. The propane grill will work great all year.


    LAUNDRY
    There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


    PANORAMA SHUTTLE
    The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


    PARKING
    You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


    CONSUMABLES
    Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


    CHECK-IN/OUT
    After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

    We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


    NEIGHBOURHOOD
    Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.

This unit faces a fairly busy road however the windows are quite soundproof. We chose this property because it had a pool. However be advised it really is a family complex. So if you have kids, it’s a fun place as the beach and playground are easy to walk to. We would stay again

My wife and daughter and son in law and grandson really enjoyed our stay at the property! Such an easy drive from Calgary through some very scenic landscapes! Chelsey communicated wonderfully! The check in instructions were perfect! The property is right on the beach and my grandson and I were walking out there constantly! The condo is well appointed and very comfortable! The west facing balcony was ideal for a quiet beverage in the early evening. The hot tub was very enjoyable as well! We are already planning our next visit! Thanks for everything, Chelsey!

Amazing place

We had a terrific time staying at this immaculate rental. The place was easy to find and access. It was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, close to a park, playground and beach. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

host was available pretty much instantly all the time and patiently answered all questions immediately. condo immaculately clean and kitchen well equipped and well stocked with towels, t.p. soaps shampoo conditioner dishwashing supplies, absolutely nothing lacking. note no cable tv but plenty of options streaming and is a smart tv, 2 full bathrooms was amazing, clear instructions on everything via the guest portal, very quiet, did not hear any noise at all from other condos or hall, close to elevator ( but no elevator noise) only thing, which can't be helped, is faces highway so you do get traffic noise if windows open, however very soundproof with windows closed. otherwise perfect condo as i have stayed in many all over that are nowhere near as well supplied with everything and very comfortable and host was excellent

Great 2 bed condo

It was a very nice clean 2bedroom condo in Invermere. It was walking distance to downtown, the beach, grocery stores. The building was clean and easy to get to. It is close to the main road so you can hear traffic on the balcony but otherwise it was a great place to stay

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was very clean and much to our surprise was well stocked with what I would say is more than the basics. Coffee, sugar, spices, paper towels, condiments and more. The units balcony faces a major street so the street noise was louder than we anticipated but it is something that is not the fault of the owner or property manager and we didn't spend much time in the unit anyway. The swimming pool was closed the day we arrived but we promptly received a message from the property manager advising of the closure and that repairs were underway. We were offered compensation for each day the pool was closed which was much appreciated. We didn't ask....it was offered, which was nice. Luckily the pool was only closed for the day. Underground parking was included with the unit which we appreciated considering that the days were very hot.

The property was very clean and the beds and bedding were soft and comfortable.We had a problem with the pull out couch but they responded quickly to the problem. Only feedback is that the pool was too busy to use the entire stay and the beach was further than a typical "beachfront" property.

This property was perfect for us and two teens. It had everything from parchment paper to the towels. We appreciated the pool and fitness facilities.

Get Getaway Location

Very comfortable and well equipped two bedroom two bathroom unit. It was just my daughter and self travelling together but it could have accommodated two couples easily. There was also a pullout bed if necessary. The location was easy walking to James Cabot beach park and a quick drive to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Summer vacation

Condo was perfect size for our family of 4. We had issues with the PS3 not working and it was looked at right away even though it still didn’t work in the end. Great location to James Chablis beach that we walked to every day.

Nicely equipped

Perfect setup for us, but a fair amount of traffic noise. No sleeping with the windows open. 5 minute walk to the lake.

Quick Summer Getaway

Apartment was great for location and amenities included. Would stay there again. It could have been a bit cleaner though. The dishwasher was still full, the sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned. Super dusty on Coffee table and TV console. Other than that all good.
