「Went to check in. Staff asked for name then took key and took us to the room. Then left without any explanation or instructions. So poor communication when checking in. When checking in we stood at bar next to the radio which was very loud and I am deaf and couldn't hear or understand the staff. Staff rushed to the room before we got to bottom of the stairs. Stairs are very steep and wonky which is very dangerous but not good for people who are unsteady on their feet. Room: Big room and big...

「First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area.」
