「The Staff where Friendly & helpfully we had a couple of issues but the hotel is in the middle of refurbishment and i am sure they will be sorted it will be lovely when its all done and look forward to another visit 」

「The room wasn't bad, but a piece of glass had fallen on the floor and injured my foot. The blood did not subside for 30 minutes. I told the hotel about the broken glass and they reported it, but in the end we didn't get a response from the hotel we were happy with. The bathroom has a bathtub with jacuzzi but it didn't work」

「Nice hotel and bar with a friendly atmosphere. Good value for money. Large parking area. With single glass windows and no heater the bathroom was a bit cold. Not a big problem though. Will stay again when in Helensburgh」

「Room is quite simple, not WOW, but they renovated recently so it's quite clean. View from this hotel is amazingly beautiful, located in the middle of nature. All staff is very helpful, we have small problem when check in/out though. Their bar has huge range of whisky.」

「The cottage is in such a beautiful setting, there’s a bluebell meadow right outside the back door. There’s also a great dog field just a few minutes walk from the door. Very handy to give the dog a run around after a long drive! The cottage is very clean and tidy inside and very cosy. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the log burner as the weather was too nice - not something to complain about though I suppose! We will definitely look to come back in the near future. 」
