After a terrible travel day, this great little spot was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and well stocked with nice amenities. Jerry was super helpful with suggestions and even let us use his trail book/maps. We wish we would have stayed longer.

Great little place to “hang your hat!” Had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant getaway. Jerry was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Jerry’s place.

Great find!!

This was such a great find! This rental was just as it was listed…..clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was such an easy process with great communication from start to finish. Jerry checked in with us making sure we had everything we needed. It was very clean and so close to surrounding activities & events. I will definitely book this place again!

Sweet apartment for 2. Very clean and comfy. Didn’t need anything. Plenty of towels, heat, incoming light. We loved that the owner - who lived upstairs- left a detailed book with instructions for heat, dishwasher, locking up, lights as well as area restaurants and necessary phone numbers

Great place to stay

Check-in was great, Jerry came to explain everything and was really nice. We enjoyed having many travel guides to help us chose where to eat and what to do. The place was clean, situated close to North Conway but in a quiet area. We will definitely recommend to friends!

Convenient location; gracious host

Jerry was very attentive to our needs to ensure we had a good stay. He went out of his way to accommodate the storing our our bikes out of the unit so we would have more space.

Weekend stay

We had a nice stay, very clean, Jerry is very friendly. It was pouring rain and he came out to give me husband an umbrella to use. We will stay again on our next travels to Conway area.

This is a great little apt. It was close to all of the venues we wanted to get to. Jerry is a nice host with good suggestions if you are looking for things to do in the area. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Just perfect for the 2 of us !

Great property, location and hosts

We had a great 3 day stay and enjoyed this cute apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for quick meals, the bed and furniture were comfy. The location in Intervale is close to North Conway's restaurants and shops, but quiet and out of the traffic which was wonderful. Crawford Notch State park was a short drive and we enjoyed great hiking. Hosts Jerry & Diane were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice and comfy

Stayed for a few days, location is on a quiet street, only 10 minutes from North Conway. Jerry was very helpful at check-in. I would definitely stay there again.
