"The staff were friendly and accomofated with last accessibility room! That was the end of a good stay. The neighbor had tv full volume to approx 8 am. We could hear word for word everything from their tv. Finally 8 am tv turns off and then a phone video starts loud as can be. Porn... No sleep the entire night. Watch what you want but lets do it at a reasonable level. Horroble stay because of others staying there. "

"Well I wanted the room with the sauna so I paid extra to switch and then when I went to the room it was not clean the bed was not made so I had to go back to the original room big disappointment"

"Rooms were nice and roomy, beds were comfortable little outdated but place is being renovated. Room was hot but cooled off half hour into getting into room. Bathroom was little small and shower head wasn't able to be adjusted for adequate water output. Over all we were able to rest for the night. Place was quiet even being next to the highway. "

"Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room was dated and needed re-caulking and maybe new shower tiling because it has broken sections. The lighting was maybe the worst part. Cold bright lights that make me feel like I’m in a hospital. Disappointing as Hilton is usually not too bad. "
