「Great location and clean place. Family loved our experiences on the dock, s'mores, and the hot tub. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Our family could manage the steps to the Lake (140 steps), but might be a challenge for others. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay and memories.」

「Very clean and comfortable. Location is great because lots of land and no intrusive neighbors. Hosts might be the best of any place we’ve stayed- no long list of rules and cameras everywhere. This makes you feel very welcome. Also very well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit the finger lakes.」

「This place was great, and perfect for our stay in the finger lakes! It’s out in the country, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful scenery everywhere you looked, and we especially liked the back porch. So peaceful here!And perfect for our small dog too. He loved the big fenced in back yard.We had an issue with the front door when we first got there, and I messaged Cate, and her and her husband came down right away and fixed the problem.If you are thinking about renting...

「Needs some extra cleaning. There were large cobwebs in the windows and ceiling. One spare pillow to use for the pull out couch was filthy and no pillow case on it. There was a load of laundry in the dryer. Coffee maker has probably never been cleaned- had to brew just water through it 6x before it got clear. Melted ice-cream cake in the freezer.Location was great and it's a cute little house but I wouldn't recommend because it's dirty.」

「For my girlfriend and I it was a perfect stay. A full one bedroom apartment with a small second bedroom. The place was clean and the A/C in the bedroom kept the entire apartment cool. We had a family event in the area, so we didn't spend much time during the day, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. We would certainly stay there again.」

If you are traveling with a person in a wheelchair, they may need help up the ramp, which is a little steep. It is a gift to have an accessible home available, and the hosts were accommodating.」
