Enjoy your holiday in this cozy double holiday home with approx. 85m², lovingly and high-quality furnished by the owners.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-flooded living-dining area furnished in warm colors and an open country house fitted kitchen.

From the living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, HiFi and iPod connection you have direct access to the terrace.

There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and external shutters to offer you every comfort during your vacation.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 4 people.

In the attic there is a sofa bed (140x190) and a second TV for another person.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Enjoy the large terrace with a beach chair and garden furniture.

An outdoor grill is available for cozy days and evenings. A carport and another parking space are available at the house.

There is also a tool shed for your bicycles and beach equipment.

The shops and restaurants on Timmendorfer Strand are within easy walking distance.

Wir fühlten uns sofort heimisch. Alles da, was man braucht und sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus war super sauber, die Küche war wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet! Eine detailliertere Auflistung dessen wäre super, da spart man sich einiges an gepäck. Lage ist toll, der kleine Garten ist sehr gepflegt und süß. Etwas weniger Deko im ganzen Haus und den Platz für die privaten Dinge frei lassen wäre toll. Wir haben aus den Regalen und von den Schränken doch sehr viel Deko zusammengestellen müssen um unseren Kram unterbringen zu können. Ein Tisch an dem Kinder Hochstuhl wäre auch noch toll, der Esstisch ist so viel höher als der Hochstuhl das es für das Kind schwer war vernünftig an seinen Teller zu kommen. Ansonsten sehr happy, auch mit 3 Generationen in einem Haus.

Wunderschönes Haus auf 3 Etagen. Wir waren bei Ankommen völlig überrascht über die Größe des Hauses! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles liebevoll und modern eingerichtet im Landhausstil. Man hat’s nicht weit bis zum schönen Strand, der sehr sauber ist. Unsere 1 Woche Herbstferien war einfach rundum eine wunderschöne Woche

Wir buchen immer wieder sehr gern über PAS, da wir uns da einfach immer sicher sein können, dass es sauber ist. Es sind immer Wohnungen/Häuser, die auch gut ausgestattet sind. (Dieses Mal waren wir ja im Haus "Ruh di ut" in Timmendorf. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!)

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Service Personal ist immer freundlich und in allen Fragen hilfsbereit für seine Gäste da. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Am späten Nachmittag kann man es sich nach einem langen Spaziergang oder einen Ausflug im Garten gemütlich machen. Mit eigenem Parkplatz am Haus ist das Ferienhaus komplett. Timmendorf ist ein sehr schöner Ort.

Ein tolles Haus mit schöner und gemütlicher Ausstattung in fantastischer Lage - wir haben uns auch deshalb hierfür entschieden, weil es nah zum Hafen und dem Meer liegt. Da wir zwei lauftechnisch gehandikappte Senioren dabei hatten, wäre es toll gewesen, wenn man direkt durch die Häuser Richtung Hafen hätte laufen können und nicht erst in die "falsche" Richtung müssen. Ein wirklich großes Manko: Im Haus war praktisch kein Mobilnetz vorhanden, Anrufe erreichten uns nicht, das Internet war praktisch nicht nutzbar, wir konnten keine Hotspots öffnen. Wenn sich daran nichts ändert, wäre ein WLAN mehr als angebracht und inzwischen echt ein Standard-Feature.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage in Timmendorf. Mit 5 Erwachsene und ein Baby hatten wir immer noch ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist prima, uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus Ruh di ut verbracht. Ein besonderes Lob an die Mitarbeiter, die das Haus gereinigt haben. Top! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alle Haushaltsgeräte für den Alltag waren vorhanden. Die Lage in Timmendorf ist auch sehr gut; zwei Minuten zum Hafen mit Bäcker, Restaurants und den leckeren Fischbrötchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
