A beautiful 4 bedroom cottage (sleeps 8), situated a 30 second walk from the shores of Lake Simcoe for worry free beach front access! Gas fireplace, air conditioning and heating units,cozy living room with big screen TV,full kitchen,dining area up to 10 people, fire pit, Gas BBQ, parking for four cars. Board games and Prime etc..Pet Friendly!!
