Great location with close river access.
Property was cozy and had everything we needed.
Only issue was there were a few dead bugs inside and the upstairs couch was broken. Other than that we had a very nice time with friends and family
The property is well maintained and across the road from the beautiful Guadalupe River. The cottage was nice and Eddie was very communicative and helpful.
The trip was planned as a graduation gift for my nephew. He, his brother and a friend thoroughly enjoyed swimmimg, kayaking and fishing.
Beautiful area for family. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Love our stay here as a family with older children (12-18 years). River access for kayaking and fishing right across from the property. Home was nicely decorating and very clean with necessities provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs both have their own bathroom and kitchen which was very accommodating for our family needs.
The location was ideal for the 4 nights we were there for our daughter’s last year of camp pickup. The a/c worked great and the beds were comfortable. It was a great central location between her camp and Kerrville. The beds were comfortable. The only think I would change is I would put a King bed in the upstairs “house”. The kitchen, bath and living room upstairs are a lot nicer, but the only King bed is downstairs. We rented upstairs and downstairs, so we had the use of both spaces. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit area in the evenings. The only issue we had was that the tankless hot water heater would trip the fuse and have to be reset.
The manager was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay.
