「he heck-in started on a sour note, when we arrived at 3:00 after a long trip, there was nobody at the desk. We hunted around, and found somebody in the laundry room. We were reminded that Check-in is not until 4:00 pm, and it stated that on our booking. REALLY. Out of 100's of bookings, I have never been told I could not check-in at 3:00. 「Hotel was located in a convenient area for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well kept and our kids enjoyed the pool. Room service was also convenient and fast after a long day of travel, however, one of the meals we ordered could've been better (rice was overcooked and made worse with too much sauce). Only parking option at the hotel is valet parking ($39.95/night + tax), but decently priced and easy to request. Overall, pleased with the experience and would stay again!」
