「The property is beautiful. The pool and pool area is incredible. There were lots of activities around the pool to participate in if you wanted. - pickleball, miniature golf, children's play area, etc. The bar and food is wonderful and the facility itself is amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't come to this property to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea - the beach is not beautiful, and the bottom of the water has rocks and seaweed and is not clear. 」

「The property is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Our room had mosquitos and we got bit the first night. The next morning, they fumigated the room while we left for an hour. There were still mosquitos in the room that night. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. The boating amenities to Gilligan's Island were not available on our full day there, Tuesday. The weather was great so not sure why they didn't run that day. That was why we stayed here. When we got home, Copamarina...

「There is currently too much construction going on. The Hard Rock Café Restaurant Staff likes to keep reminding you when the restaurant is about to close, from the Hostess to the Waiter. 」

「It was a very friendly, clean and well maintained Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff made sure that the room was cleaned and fresh towels in the bathroom. I can’t comment on the bar due to I don’t drink alcohol. My overall experience was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for everything Turtle Bay Inn Staff. 」

「The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. 」
