Home is completely remodeled from A to Z. inside and out Everything is brand new. Backyard with Brand new pool with Spa with COMPLIMENTARY HEATING. Gazebo with dining seating, Fans, light. Gas connected BBQ. Modern feel lounge chairs with umbrellas. Very relaxing, cozy and comfortable house. Brand new furniture with modern decorative wall art. Appliances and bedrooms are also brand new. 4k smart Tv's in Living room and every bedroom. New flooring, paint, throughout the house. 2 full bathrooms complete modern remodeled. Fiberoptic fast internet. 400 square feet game room with brand new pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, old school arcade machine with over 14 games. and treadmill machine for workout.

Some good, some questionable

Michael the host was super generous and said we could checkin at the start of our booking so we arrived just after midnight to avoid the Friday California traffic. Had an interesting start as there was a lady who identified herself as having amnesia so we called 911 but that only resolved around 1.30ish. Took a full day to realize that there were no towels so we used the pool towels. Turns out the washer and dryer were full of towels. Given the amount we paid for the weekend I didn’t think we should be doing laundry? The neighbors had 2 or 3 dogs who barked continually! Given the very thin walls we could hear them continually. Kitchen could be stocked with better quality pots and pans -had to wash them before use. Water and ice maker turned off - didn’t really indrr we stand the logic but had to go a purchase ice. Trash can is apparently electronic but didn’t work and was not easy to open the lid so ended up removing it!The outside trashcans were over flowing when we arrived. Certainly not a pleasant way to start the weekend. We were 3 couples and a single so made good use of the 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were great and spent the late morning relaxing in the pool.The location was super in relation to Stagecoach - easy to get to. Some people rode their bicycles to the empire polo fields - about 3 miles. So the house is a mixed review - location, size, pool and jacuzzi were great But …. For the huge price tag it didn’t seem right!

Fantastic House and Amazing Pool

This house was perfect for our family. The kids were entertained between the pool and garage full of games. We had a blast and barely wanted to leave. Each room had a TV and the house was exactly like the pictures. The host was amazing as well and always responded within minutes. Can’t wait to come back.

A great week of warm weather

Great home, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, owner is very responsive to questions...what more can you ask for?Pool, spa, BBQ, covered patio, fire pit....we used then all.

Golf Trip with Friends

Place was very nice. Michael was very responsive when asked a question. Garage was set up very nicely with games to play. kids would love it. Will definitely stay there again.

Great property for families

This property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet it’s conveniently close to most things. It’s clean and beautifully furnished. Our family of five enjoyed every room in the house. We loved the spacious kitchen though we didn’t do any cooking. The pool and hot tub were great )no additional heating fees like most rentals)! In the evenings we enjoyed playing pool and table tennis. All in all, the house lacks nothing. Michael was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He gave us detailed check in instructions and restaurant recommendations! We were also allowed to check in early. Thank you, Michael! We highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Palm Springs but don’t want to pay Palm Springs prices!
