This spacious home is designed for families, group getaways, golf weekends, retreats, and festival trips—featuring a heated pool with waterfall spa, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, three fire features, a putting green, an arcade/game room, and a detached private-entry casita.
The home accommodates up to 18 guests across 6 bedrooms and is loaded with entertainment and comfort-focused amenities. Inside, enjoy an indoor pool table room, a dedicated nursery attached to the primary suite, Smart TVs throughout, a cocktail station with ice maker, fast WiFi, and two sets of washers and dryers for longer stays.
A removable child-safety pool fence is available upon request (please request at least 5 days prior to arrival).
Carefree Casa is professionally maintained with twice-weekly pool service and regular landscaping to ensure an excellent guest experience.

•Higher pool temps (90–92°): $50/day (must be requested 24 hours in advance)
•No glass in or near the pool area

▶Pets
•Up to 4 dogs permitted with prior approval. Pets require $50 per pet per stay.
•Guests must clean up after pets. Unauthorized pets result in fees.

•No RVs, trailers, buses, oversized vans, or commercial-signage vehicles

•HOA and city fines for noise violations can be significant and are the responsibility of guests

▶Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are located outside on the front of the property for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside or pointing at the home. All cameras face the street.
▶Liability Waiver
By booking, guests acknowledge inherent risks associated with the pool, spa, fire features, pizza oven, arcade/game room, nursery, outdoor spaces, and the property in general. Guests assume all responsibility for use of these amenities and agree to indemnify the owner.
