  • If a relaxing getaway is what you need, this tranquil family-friendly retreat is the perfect place! With its indoor/outdoor living space, there is something for everyone. Spend the day floating in the refreshing pool or bask in the desert sun. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of pool or Ping-Pong, or relax assembling one of the puzzles available. For meals, you can choose to BBQ on your private grill within the kitchen island or inside with the fully equipped kitchen. You may choose to dine indoors or outdoors, as there is plenty of room. To end the day, soak in the bubbling spa or sit around the firepit under the stars.

    WHAT'S NEARBY
    For music lovers, world-known Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are just three miles away where you can enjoy your favorite bands. Try your luck at gambling or have a drink in the 12th-floor lounge at Fantasy Springs Casino, just over three miles away. Swing a golf club at any of the world-class courses in the area; there are plenty to choose from! The annual BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, located just over six miles away.

Great getaway

Our family traveled here for Springbreak. It was absolutely perfect. The outdoor space it beautiful.. The pool, outdoor dining, huge fire pit and outdoor kitchens made it a perfect fit for our family . Looking forward to next Springbreak.

Stay was good but you should have not charged to warm up the jacuzzi.

Good experience, I wish you communicated about jacuzzi before we got there.

Perfect Stay

Outdoor paradise

The pool and outdoor living space was excellent. The house was clean and neat but was lacking a bit on overall cooking and dining supplies (bowls, cups, plates, etc.) Overall we loved our stay at the house and highly recommend it

Relaxing vacation

Our stay at tranquil retreat was great. The house accommodations were amazing. The only set back was, vacasa could’ve been a little quicker with the responses about minor issues but other than that we had a blast. The house was very clean and the amenities were exactly what we needed and wanted.

Plenty of space and parking for a big group of friends. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable. Only thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness.- we found a cockroach in the kitchen :(

Amazing Family Retreat

Indio is a great meeting point for AZ and So Cal family reunions. Any questions I had were kindly thoughtfully worked out. The house was wonderful, fun had by all. We will be back in the future!

Good setup for 4-6 people. Needs some decoration. A couple more towels would be good so we did not have to launder them

Comfortable home

The home was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us, being only 10 minutes from the Desert Horse Park. Only issue was that we were not told about the street sweeping, and there were no signs on the street with dates/times, and we narrowly avoided getting a parking ticket. Overall, it was a good experience, and would stay here again.

Great location, needs a good cleaning.

The location of the property was great. The first day we found two huge cockroaches in one room and ants in a bathroom. I reached out to the PM and they came over and took care of that quickly. It had all the rooms we needed, however, it really needs a deep clean maybe a fresh coat of paint. Other wise, good place for sure.

Exceptional weekend

Originally had a reservation at Lake Arrowhead to celebrate my cousin getting married with a guys’ weekend. Unfortunately the storm shut down all the roads. Vacasa customer service was super helpful getting our reservation relocated on super short notice to this incredible desert gem. The house was immaculate; huge with more than enough room, great layout, didn’t utilize the pool but the jacuzzi was awesome, especially going next to the firepit right after! Fantastic location, there’s a Walmart grocery center right around the corner and it’s across the street from a nice park! All-in-all, fantastic property, fantastic support team, fantastic weekend.
