「Only stayed one night but perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room and spacious kitchen and living room. Enjoyed the back screened in patio as well. Pool looked great but was just too cold for us this time of year. but was nice to know we had it.」

「The house was large with 3 bedrooms that worked very well for our group. The bedrooms were large with a bathroom for each. The host responded positively to a few small suggestions for improvements. The washing machine was large and came in handy. We were very happy with our stay. 」

「Easy to find, room seemed clean but did see German roaches. Description says it sleeps 4 but the room only had one king size bed and a wooden chair. Bathroom was very small, couldn't even turn around without the door open. Thank goodness the cleaning people were on site because we received the wrong code to get into the room.」

「What a funhouse! Beautifully decorated home was very fun and family friendly. Great location with easy access to all the great locations. Bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Great AC. Pool area is large with a beautiful outdoor kitchen. All the comforts of home were available. Will receive this property to friends! Thank you Tyler and Tate for being great hosts!」

「The place needs a lot of TLC. Would not rent out in current conditions. Also, fridge was dirty and used bars of soap were left in bathroom. Back patio was filthy with dog dirt footprints. The shade for the kitchen window was a black trash bag and also owner lives on property in an RV. Would call to us from his RV on how things were. First I felt we had no privacy and second afraid to take my shoes off or use anything on property.」

「Communication with the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations or match the listing. The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed and is not comfortable enough to sleep on, so the home cannot truly accommodate 8 guests as advertised. We had to purchase an 80 air mattress at the last minute.Cleanliness was poor. We found used soaps with hair, heavily used toiletries, and men’s underwear inside...

「This place worked out for us but not without some difficulty. When booking this house I messaged the owner stating we were bringing a dog and marked it on the information when booking. Nowhere in the description does it state there is a pet fee. The total I was given stated it included all fees, no hidden fees. So does VRBO policy. That statement flashes on the page when you open the website too. I paid the total amount and didn't hear anything from the owner about the payment. When we messaged...
