LIVING & DINING Wide open and full of light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow together in one large gathering space, all looking out through a massive new window onto the front porch. There is also a separate sitting parlor, made for deep thoughts, serious convos, or a good laugh.
THE KITCHEN Brand new everything: granite counters, a large island for gathering, stainless steel appliances, and gleaming hardwoods. It's the kind of kitchen where everyone ends up, no matter how big the house is.
MAIN FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE Sink into an Arhaus King bed dressed in Brooklinen sheets and a cozy duvet. The suite features a private bath and a newly crafted custom wardrobe, handmade by Amish woodworkers, with plenty of room to unpack. It's brand new from floor to ceiling, with original character woven throughout.
UPSTAIRS HIDEAWAY & LOFT Upstairs features two roomy bedrooms. The first has a Restoration Hardware Queen bed, and the second has a modern Queen canopy bed, both made up with Brooklinen sheets and duvets. You'll also find a bonus loft decked out with Indy 500 artwork, reached through one of the upstairs bedrooms. It includes a dedicated desk workspace and an XL Twin bed (extra long to fit grownups comfortably). Use it as a remote office, a reading nook, or a 4th sleeping spot, perfect for families or friends traveling together.
PORCH & OUTDOOR LIVING Come for the location, stay for the porch. The covered front porch is dressed in a bold black and white Moroccan tile pattern, making it the perfect spot for coffee while the neighborhood wakes up. By evening, fire up the Weber grill on the big back deck, then settle into the deep, fully fenced yard where the fire pit is calling your name.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD Broad Ripple is Indy's most fun zip code. Dinner, drinks, live music, local shops, trails, and Broad Ripple Park are all within easy walking distance. Just half a block away is Flower Alley, where local artists have painted the alley garages with vibrant floral murals. People come from all over to stroll it, but you can walk there in your slippers. Park the car and forget about it. When you do want to venture out, Butler University is 5 minutes away, and downtown, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center are about 15 minutes, perfect for game days, Gen Con, graduations and conventions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The loft is accessed by walking through one of the upstairs bedrooms, so it's best suited for families or friends who don't mind sharing the path. We put our hearts into bringing this 126 year old house back to life, and we can't wait to host you!
