The Art Loft @Keystone Modern 1 Bed/1BA Studio

  • This amazing 322 sq ft garage to modern designer studio conversion is a dream place to relax for one or two! A living room with desk, full kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized loft bed, washer/dryer, and outdoor deck are yours to enjoy. Nestled in the woods but right off Keystone Ave and minutes from 465. Close to Keystone Mall, Broad Ripple, Carmel, Zionsville, Nora, and downtown Indy. Click on the "show more" tab below the map to view our guidebook with things to do near this home!

    You'll immediately feel at home as soon as you walk into this cozy studio. A conveniently stocked kitchen includes:
    Toaster
    Drip coffee maker
    Pots/pans
    Silverware
    Plates/bowls/cups
    Cooking utensils
    Hot pads
    Mixing bowls
    Baking sheet/dishes
    Britta water purifier

    We have a full washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board. A small bottle of laundry soap/softener is provided.

    In the bathroom you'll have complimentary hotel sized soaps.

    On the deck you'll be greeted with a table and two chairs. You may even see some deer!

    Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

    I am offsite but live nearby. Please be patient with late night communication as I do sleep and personally answer all inquiries - there is no separate third party answering service. If there is an emergency, please contact me right away via the app and call if I do not respond.

    Please only park in your designated areas. Pull all the way up to the side of the garage next to the entry door. You'll be able to fit two cars in this area.

The host responded and welcomed me as soon as I booked and then kept me updated as the stay got closer. This is a very quaint, cozy, and nicely appointed property. Just a little ways (maybe a 3 minute drive) to all kinds of shopping and eateries, but also tucked away and quiet right off the road. Lovely space.
