Upstairs bedrooms were tight and AC doesn’t work very well in the bedrooms. I would not have wanted to put any guests downstairs in the basement/game room. The yard was nice and location excellent. Overall a 4.

Comfortable and Convenient

Carolyn was a responsive and gracious host. Beds were very comfortable. Multiple living spaces accommodated team dinner comfortably. Dining dishes more than sufficient and cooking utensils minimally basic but adequate. House is older so plumbing and electrical have their charms but enough for 6 teenage boys to quickly shower between games and dinner.

Great location

Stayed four summer nights. Lots of green, saw a variety of birds, bunnies and deer in the backyard. Plenty of space for the eleven of us - bunk rooms were perfect for all the kids as was the gameroom downstairs. Host was incredible at communicating, particularly when we had troubles getting the electronic lock to work on the front door. Only concerns were that the fire pit in the backyard was littered with cigarette butts and coke cans, likely from the previous renter. The grill was also very dirty and needed to be scrubbed, but no tools to do so. Kitchen utensils were also light, so bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!
