I ended up staying with my Host, Aaron for i believe 57 days and everything about it was outstanding. Aaron was a super host and very understanding, his home is set up perfectly and from the second i walked in i was very comfortable. Aaron went above and beyond probably more then mist host do to accommodate my needs. I wasn't on vacation, but im in between homes after selling, without his help extended my stay a few times i dont know what i would of done. Always quickly responded to my questions and always had a solution, so Thank you Aaron for being such an awesome Host. Wish i could of stayed longer.

Weekend with Friends

A group of us were in town for the weekend and this house was great! The amenities were as described by the host and the check-in experience was easy. The pool table was a hit as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Indy 500 Trip

We wanted to stay near downtown for the race but not in the heart of downtown. This neighborhood was perfect. 10 mins max from anything downtown. The house worked well for our family. Would stay here again.

I attended a firefighter convention with my crew. It was perfect for us in a great location! The host was wonderful to work with checking in occasionally to be sure our needs were met.

Nice house, great location

We had a group of friends and some children stay here and it was great! We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium for an event and downtown to eat. The pool table was definitely used by all. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Great stay -work trip

Myself and 3 of my coaches stayed while at an event in Indy. The house was as advertised and clean! We were not there very much over the weekend, but it was a great place for a great price!

Fun weekend in Indy!

This place is in a great location! Host is very helpful and very responsive. Weather was pretty cold but it couldn’t have been a better trip. Beds were very comfortable and the house is beautiful. Parking is very accessible we had 5 cars and keep them all close. House is in a really good location not a lot of traffic and not down town in the city. Within 1hour to lists of different shopping malls and maybe 15 minutes from a Walmart. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Go Bills

Nice place. Description was accurate. Clean. Quiet street. Close to stadium - 25 minute walk. Cats got into outdoor overflowing trash cans and made a big mess in back yard. Owner cleaned it up within 24 hrs. Rehabbed the entire place. Pool table was unique but we would have been better served with a big dining table. But that was just us. There were 10 of us. Go Bills

Indy Conference

This home was perfect for our stay! Nice decor and a great porch for morning coffee. Aaron was responsive and accommodating. The proximity to the Indiana Conference Center was a $15 ride (6 people) away and proved to be more convenient than taking the rental car downtown for parking (at least $32 per day). We had a great time and would recommend this house to others heading to Indy. THANK YOU AARON!

Shady

House was Not the cleanest, when we arrived. Had to put trash out from last occupants. Had bedding in dryer. Owner didnt give a inventory. Claimed we took towels. We put towels in washer ,like instructed! Food was under couch cushions. So make sure you take photos..cause if you get insurance...they will scam you!! We cleaned the house better then what we found it and the owner claimed an extra cleaning fee plus what is charged along with the regular cleaning fees.

Great stay

This was a family vacation to celebrate our youngest graduation celebration from college. The property was perfect for us! My only suggestion is that the living room furniture is a little dated. The property owner is very responsive and extremely wonderful to work with. We would stay here again!

excellent for teens and young adults

Spacious, clean, located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to coffee shops and a great yarn shop! The pool table and board games kept my teens and young adults busy for hours. It is in the main space and is pretty loud but the payoff of happy kids was worth it. Beds were firm and comfortable. I would say parking is for two cars not four. The stairs are what you would expect in a historic home and could be challenging for grandparents but there are two excellent rooms on the first floor. Home is advertised for 16 but the dishes and especially flatware are limited to maybe 8. Otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. We visit Indy often and will definitely will stay again.
