We provide one spot behind the home for parking. Please note that this spot is small and best suitable for smaller vehicles! There is also ample street parking. Didn't bring a car? No worries! Ride share apps pickup within minutes. Also, there are EV scooters that you can rent.

Our team follows thorough cleaning protocols, paying close attention to every detail so you can enjoy a fresh and welcoming space. All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance and behind the home. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
