Great place to stay, very central and walking distance to everything. Felt very safe and secure, the parking was a bonus and was easy to find.  Communication with the owner was also great and he would happily answer any questions that you had.  Would highly recommend this play to stay.

Clean, PERFECT LOCATION right in the middle of Indy with plenty of food around. Very quiet, secure free parking, not much more you could ask for.

Very good quality apartment in a great location, within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions. Good bars/restaurants nearby & the free parking was a plus, although it was a little confusing to access. Plenty of convenient kitchen appliances as well if you want to cook instead of going out or doing takeout every night.

A little confusing to get to and get out of but has very descriptive directions and a slide show. Apartment was pretty big and clean and right in the middle of downtown Indianapolis. Donald was quick to respond when I had questions.Would definitely stay again, good value for the wise and location.

Property was walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was clean. However the air conditioning wasn’t working and the clothes dryer squealed. The owner contacted maintenance but nothing was fixed during our stay. We would have enjoyed it more if the room temperature was cool.
