Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. The Hot Breakfast was excellent. The only problem was the beds were very tall even for my 5' 11" frame and my wife who is 5'3" had trouble getting in and out of bed. Overall I would be happy to stay there again.

The carpets had just been cleaned in our room and so they were stilldamp when we got into our room. Check-in time was 3:00 but we weren't allowed in our room till about 6:15. The beds were comfortable and otherwise the amenities were very nice.

Staff definitely needs help in customer service department. Better communication and better attention to detail when checking people in is a must. Bathroom is in need of attention as part of wall is missing around the door. Breakfast was a nice selection. Juices were very water down though and not very good. If its a must stay then ok but otherwise I would move on and find some where else to stay at.
