The pull out couch mattress looked like someone lost their life on it. When asked about a mattress protector or roll away bed none could be found. Absolutely disgusting and I’d like to attach pictures. I’d like to formally request a refund as all my children had to share the one queen bed.

First room had carpet badly stained in many areas, couch upholstery badly worn, cigarette smell..in spite of requested non smoking room, toilet broken, cracked sink, and overall dirty. Changed rooms. Still stains and cigarette smell, sheets on bed wrinkled, upholstry torn edges, and the sofa bed was completely bent up and broken. Worst experience ever. Customer service response at desk " I will let the maintenece guy know." Extremely disappointed.

Check in and check out were extremely quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Room was ready to enter. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better. Pull out couch had no bedding. Room was musky smelling. Ice machine on the floor was out of order with no notice. The staff was very nice and efficient when asked for anything. Overall good stay, but prep of room and room condition check could and should have been better.

Hi my purpose for coming to stay there was because I was going to the hospital and I was supposed to be a outpatient but things then go that way so I had to be admitted and I never made it to the hotel So if there’s any chance that we could get some of the refund back, I appreciate it thank you

The railing to the pool was broken off and would not stay, it was also not sturdy enough to provide any safety whatsoever. I requested them to clean my room I was straight out told no. That I had just moved in the day before. Even though daily housekeeping is part of their package. Within my time there I was confronted by several insects. They're elevator floor was so disgustingly dirty. Their pool ended up being closed for 2 days purely just for the soul fact that they could not get a maintenance guy to come in to clean it after a kid threw up in it. I did like that it was family oriented and the staff were mostly sweet

You would be better sleeping on the floor or in your car. The pool is gross and you cannot see the bottom. Very limited breakfast. The room floors were filthy. The toliet didnt look as if it was cleaned in month's.

I liked that the staff offered me a tray to carry up breakfast to my kids. I disliked that there was trash left from a previous person by the bed, stains on the carpet, mold around the toilet rim, and the AC unit didn't work.

No hot water for the hot tub.

I got this as a get away for my wife and the water for the hot tub wouldn’t stay hot….. which was the whole point of the stay. Pretty disappointing. Also the heat in the room didn’t work.

We were getting ready to shower before checking out and had no water. I called the front desk and she said “oh yea the water is off for a couple hours!” They could have told us so we could have showered before the city shut it off. I’m beyond mad.
