I Would Stay Again

The house looks exactly like the photos and was in a great location. I was in town for meetings at the JW and it was only an 8 minute drive. Shopping and dining was also close by if you are looking for that as an option for your visit and if you are traveling with you pup there was even a great doggy daycare close by. Mike was easily accessible and a great host. I’d stay again and again!

Comfortable stay

The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. They are doing things around the house to make the place even nicer. One bathroom can be a challenge for a family to share but not a deal breaker. Great location to grocery store, restaurants and the Natatorium. We plan to keep this place in mind for future stays in Indianapolis.

Great stay and excelent communication from host

This was a great place to stay in the Indianapolis area. We wanted someplace close to downtown with a little bit more of a quiet vibe and that is exactly what we got. About a 25 minute walk to white river park (I suggest taking the canal walk it was beautiful in the spring). The property was clean and well furnished and had all of the amenities that you would expect/need. The host was responsive in messages and did not have any crazy or over the top requests for checkout that we have seen elsewhere in the past. We opeted to leave our pup at home but the place was pet and child friendly and had everything you would need to make thier stay enjoyable and easy also. If you chose to stay here i would also suggest checking out the artwork around the home since some of it is truly inspierd. Overall it was a very easy stay and somplace I would highly reccomend in the future.

House was decorated really nicely. Lots of special touches. We were close to downtown and IUI. I enjoyed the private backyard. We have a kid going to IUI in the fall and are looking forward to additional stays in this cute place.

This property was terrific! It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and had anything you would need. It was very quiet at night and I slept great! I am going back to Indianapolis in July and already tried to book this place again! Unfortunately it is booked but I would ABSOLUTELY rent this again. The host was very responsive to me as well. Highly recommend it!
