"The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away."

"My wife, three kids, and I stayed at the property in May and had a wonderful stay. The house was in very nice condition and was clean for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, even though there are some questionable houses on the street. All in all we would stay here again."

"This isn't our first time staying at the Bedford House. My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. The house is exactly as shown. The owner always makes sure all your needs are met before your arrival. She always leaves little treats to make it feel like home. We love staying here. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner, Debbie, is a top-notch host. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed."

"We had an occasion in Indianapolis and needed a place to stay to accommodate the family. We had adult children, a mother in law and other adult family members. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate the variety of family that came. It was a short stay but we appreciated the coffee pods and ample seating. The backyard was nice and the gas fire pit was lovely. The house is nicely done and the neighborhood was safe. We all enjoyed our short stay. Thanks."

"My 2 brothers and I came to Indy to watch dirt track racing during the week and finished with the Indy 500 on Sunday. The house was in a great location for us with easy access to the airport. The hosts communicated well, comfortable beds and big backyard. The overall cleanliness of the house did not meet our standards and lacked curb appeal."

"The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers...
