「Beautiful condo in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shops and full of amenities. We would love to stay here again!!!」

「When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend!」

「Steve and crew were wonderful hosts. The loft was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」

「Very convenient location… walkable to Lucas, to downtown Indy and many locations. Very comfortable stay. On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location. The host was fantastic, communication was great, very timely. Parking was very easy in the area. Highly...

「A great little house! Super clean and such a great place to stay while visiting the area with our two dogs. Fenced yard was great and the neighborhood felt safe for walks with them. Close to lots of things and walking distance to the football stadium. Host was super responsive when we had questions. Would 100% stay here again if we return to Indianapolis!」

「Property was clean and in a nice, quite neighborhood.」

「Great space for the price. Loved the games downstairs, outdoor lighting, and plenty of space. Great for a family with kids.」

「Fantastic themed rental! Private parking Great communication with the owner regarding early check in, suggestions for meals and nightlife. Cafe attached to the property making morning coffee runs simple and delicious!! There was plenty of room for the 10 people in our party to relax and socialize. Please note the single bunk beds are child size. The listing may say this and I missed it, but they are not full length twin beds. We made do and no one complained Large tv’s in all 3 bedrooms and...

「I hate to be a downer on the ratings with every comment being so excellent, but we were very disappointed whenever we walked in. The place smelled like smoke, there were hairs hanging from the wall hooks in the bathroom and on the side of the tub.The pictures listed on the site were very misleading because the house was in a very unsafe neighborhood and we didn’t feel very safe being there. But thankfully there was dead bolts on the doors. The host, when I messaged her about something it took...
