Junk yard of abandoned vehicles behind hotel made a wonderful view. Dead flies everywhere in our room. No cups to even drink water. No water bottles. Had to call security TWICE in one night due to party going on our floor

Easy quick overnight stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. Room was decent even though housekeeping did not finish making the bed. Definitely gonna make use of it in the future. Wish it was a little less expensive.

The room was not as clean as I would expect for the amount paid. There was a greasy film on parts of the nightstand/desk, hair in the tub drain and on the bathroom floor and the shower wall/curtain was dirty. My elderly mother became very ill. I informed the housekeeper who was on the floor, asking her to wait until my mother left by ambulance but that the room would need to be cleaned well as she had been vomiting. I returned to the hotel 12 hours later to gather our belongings and check out and nothing had been touched. I was very disappointed.

This hotel is SO SMALL! The rooms are small, the breakfast area is small, the lobby is small. The bathrooms are so small you can barely close the door to use the toilet. Our room had plaster falling off the wall by the window and the shower knob was broken, The sink is outside of the bathroom. The pancake maker was out of order, there wasn't any bacon at breakfast, and the cinnamon rolls were cold.

Our car broke down and we did not go. But we got charged for our rooms and we weren’t even there.! so we had two big bills went for the car repair and the other for our hotel room that we didn’t even sleep in.

When my family and I arrived, the service was horrible. Our bathroom was dirty with old, used washcloths hanging from the shower. We couldn't change our room due to the rooms being full. When we asked for house keeping to remove the dirty clothes and clean bathroom we was told no one was available.

The room and hotel were clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. The only issues during our stay were that another guest’s door kept slamming shut throughout the night, which was pretty disruptive, and the bathroom caulking looked a bit grimy and could use better cleaning or maintenance. Other than that, the stay was decent.

The rooms are nice but small. The carpet in my room had not been well cleaned. The microwave stopped working on the second day of my visit, and the staff member at the desk seemed aware that such issues often happened, but apparently nothing had been done to fix the underlying problem. This is not a bad hotel for the area (I've stayed at all of them), but this hotel is slipping below the standards for the chain.

The rooms are small, the long length mirror is on a wall that is beside the bed that you can’t use. The pool was closed. Not just closed but drained empty. It was advertised there’s a pool. So need to say my grandson was very disappointed as well as myself. There was a front desk that was wonderful. However she was having to run the breakfast buffet, kitchen area and the front desk. Which was very crazy. How can you cook and run to the desk at the same time! The hotel was booked full and had 2 wedding parties booked there plus guests! Should have been staffed better.

Toilet was not bolted to floor- the bathroom was so small only shower and commode and to turn the water on for my granddaughter we could not fit and she is small. The room was in first floor and the breakfast area was overhead of us and everything time from 630 am until 1015 am if a guest moved a chair we heard scrapping noise it was terrible. There was blue tape holding plaster near window and holes in black out curtain . We were on ground floor with cars parked near window . We tried to tell the check out clerk he did not want to listen and said” I fix everything “ no one should be in that room . #112. We had a late check out because we checked in late and it did not matter at 630 we weee awake because if the screeching and scrapping noise when anyone moved their breakfast chair . I requested my money back I have not heard a word. Very disappointed and we thought Holiday Inn Express would be good. The pool also is closed permanently we weee not told that when booked it stated a pool. There is no water in pool.

Shower drain was clogged and water overflowing. No soap in sink soap dispenser. Toilet/shower area extremely tight. Mirror and sink in bedroom area so when turning on light anyone still sleeping is woken up.
