Nice hotel conveniently located a couple miles outside the city center. Easy access to the Jimmy Stewart Museum. Staff is amazing. Everyone is nice and works to make your stay exceptional.

Wonderful helpful friendly staff. Room had some issues. Bathroom door required brute strength to open & close due to either floor swelling or door not hung properly. Window curtains worn - one set- and not connected to wand other set. So could not open and close. Fruit salad in morning was canned. & not edible. Fresh fruit - apples were very good.

We have stayed here for many years when we visit family in the area and have always been very pleased with the facility. We especially liked breakfast this time. Terry was very friendly and helpful and the food selections were varied and excellent for the 3 mornings we were there.

Our room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. There were a lot of construction people staying the same time we were staying, so a lot of mud being tracked every where it seems, but we would come back again. Not a deal breaker for us.

The clerk on duty at 10 pm (Tyler) was extremely courteous and helpful. He was having an issue with making duplicate keys for some of the other guests, and we had take-out food we were anxious to eat. I told him to take as long as he needed, we weren’t in a hurry. When he got everything sorted, he came to us in the breakfast area and completed our check in
