We were told the pool was not available. Then we're told our room was on the second floor and the elevators weren't in service either. When we were told the hotel was in this condition, and so ill received, we had no desire to see their rooms and left immediately. Staff was cool at best."

"There was hair on the floor in the “living room” hair on the bed. The floor was not clean as well as it should have been. The most important thing was it smelled like weed all night long and it wasn’t anything I wanted to smell. On the second night it smelled clean and it was cleaner than the first night but it could have been better!"
