Guests will have exclusive access to the house and patios during their stay. Some portions of the property (spare closets, guests will still have closet use in each bedroom) will be locked off from guest use. These areas will not be accessed or occupied during your stay and are used for storage.

Palmeras is located in Indian Wells - tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac but just minutes from the main roads in town (Fred Waring Drive, Washington Street and Hwy 111).

Some of our favorite restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes of the house by car, and it's central location makes it a great home base for exploring other parts of the Coachella Valley.

The Coachella Valley (greater Palm Springs area) is best accessed with your own car. Ride sharing services (like Uber) are available for short trips around town.

The pool is serviced 2x per week. Service dates will be disclosed in the step-by-step check in instructions sent on the day of your arrival. These schedules are fixed and cannot be changed.

There is no safety gate around the pool. Guests traveling with children will need to acknowledge this.

*City of Indian Wells Requirements*

The City of Indian Wells requires an additional written contract to be signed by each adult guest. This can be completed on arrival at the property. All licensed rentals in the City of Indian Wells must go through this step and we appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!
