「My wife and sons and I stayed here and used it as a base of operations for day trips (Mackinac Island, St. Ignace, Cheboygan). It was great! Homey and comfortable. The fire pit was great, the host provided firewood (plus there’s tons to be gathered in the nearby woods). Kitchen was very nicely equipped for a northern Michigan cabin, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. Lastly, it was nice watching the deer eat from the fruit trees on the other side of the road. Would recommend!」

「We have stayed in several units in this complex over the last few years. While the view of the lake is less than that from other units, this one offered more privacy and amenities. In addition, there were screens on most of the windows and a screen door so that we could enjoy the UpNorth air.
