"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend this experience!!"

"This property has the best in some areas and the worst in others. Staff and pool/bar/dining were all very good. The rooms themselves are a mess in that they (at least the one we were in) and what we heard from other quests need a lot of work. Shabby paint, stained walls, broken or missing parts everywhere. This resort is made up of several buildings so be aware that if you are mobility challenged you may have problems. Also even though Hotel.com site says daily Housekeeping we were told that they come in on every third day. It's sad that the great staff is burdened by the fact the management can't / won't upgrade or even just a good maintenance repair routine to get the rooms at least less disgusting."

"Booked this hotel for the pool and outdoor fire pit. We were told pool closes at sunset and opens at sunrise, (Expedia did not indicate this), at 10 am they were using the pool cleaner machine and pool towels not regularly stocked. Pool was cold. Staff told us fire pit did not work for the past two weeks. Our hotel room ended up being handicapped accessible which I did not book specifically. Would not get that room- had a wall view to other side of hotel. No towel bar holder next to tub, no stool to put things on, not a lot of space to put your own shampoo on in shower, no garbage bin in sink area, breakfast was ok, not a huge selection, tables were often dirty, laundry room (for a hotel of 122 rooms) had one washer and one dryer, coffee water area was often messy, our room had a blinking light that we called maintenance-no one came, my husband had to grab a screw driver and remove light bulb himself, not sure why when things are broke no one fixes them. Parking was easy and close to some restaurants. "

"Do not stay here. This place is disgusting. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. My feet are black from the floor. The door barely locks. The bathroom was worse than a run down truck stop bathroom. I wore flip flops to shower in 200 degree water, which quickly turned to 40 degree water…. Nothing in between. The room was literally disgusting. Stinks, blood on bedding, angle iron sticking out from under bed cut my son’s calf. I cannot stress enough, spend your money and stay somewhere else. Wyndham should be completely embarrassed to have their name on this location. The barf all over in the hallway was a really nice touch also. "
