「Staff friendly. Room clean. Breakfast great! 」

「There was leftover trash underneath our bed such as a liquor bottle (Jack Daniels) that I threw away and no staff present for at least 15 mins late night when trying to use the gift shop/snack shop. Many other individuals were also waiting to be taken care of when I walked away. 」

「The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. 」

「Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.」

「We picked this condominium based on its closeness to the Cleveland Clinic. Our adult daughter was having a procedure done. The condominium was extremely clean. Our host was amazing on communication. Often responding instantly to any question we had. The free parking deck located on the facility was a huge plus. The Fairfax market located on the ground level was amazing. I’d recommend this condominium to anyone staying for the Cleveland Clinic, or just visiting Cleveland period. 」
