Great Hotel in Incheon

I dropped off guests from Japan at this hotel. The staff spoke Japanese quite well, which immediately began after reading their passports. Those guest told me they had a great stay. This hotel is a bit more expensive than others, but it seems to be worth it. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

I have nothing bad to say about the Hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, I was very thankful, that they arranged a taxi to the airport for me. Also the Hotel is right next to a beautiful park and near to the sea. A good last impression of Korea for me.

Easy check in, thankful for bilingual staff. Room was clean and quiet. Gym was sufficient, although the WiFi signal does not work in the gym, and the exercise bike is broken. Area surrounding hotel seemed safe. Also a great paved lane along the water goes for miles, with access if you wanted to walk on the sand. The breakfast buffet had many great Korean foods to try, and ample coffee, definitely worth the money! Easy to Uber from the airport. Did take an Uber about 15 minutes to be available when I wanted to leave.

Little gem .. for location and price

I had the balcony suite facing the harbor it had a good size patio chairs and table nice .. the bathroom had a free standing amazing shower and a deep soaking tub . The toilet was in another room with personal sink. The room was all dark paneled wood .. they could lighten it up a bit but after it was warm and cozy. Your right across from the water and boas a very short walk by small cafe and 7 elevens . The hotel has bHC korean chicken cafe on site in the front lobby just by the front desk it’s yummy. Their is a sweet cute bar as well in front lobby opens at 5pm .. the staff was excellent and they went the extra mile making sure their was transport to the Airport with free shuttle. The staff was great, room was clean, and I would stay again.

Very quiet unique neighborhood with a pretty park on the back and walking distance to the shoreline that’s surrounded by traditional Korean sea-foods eating places. I really enjoy the staying for a few days. I would recommend it to everyone who would like to stay in Incheon.

The staff were nice. Really appreciate Jason and Eddie, front desk. Their freindliness and help were impressive. That they could speak some English really made my first stay comfortable. Mr. Goji, housekeep manager really super too. He even spoke a little Japanese 😉. Real nice experience! Thankyou Royal Emporium!

Mediocre - felt more like a hostel than hotel

The beds were very old spring mattresses & super uncomfortable. I used all the spare pillows to lay on to bed able to sleep. It was disappointing. I didn't complain as I knew there was nothing they could do & I wasn't sure they'd fully understand me. The front desk staff were lovely. But the staff at breakfast were abrasive. There was confusion from them on our room number on the first morning & instead of politely asking to check our room number I got nearly yelled at for not paying for breakfast & they were going to charge the room (which would have been the wrong room). I had to go over & look at the sheet myself & point to my name before he understood, even though I said the room number to him 5 times. Then I got a half-effort apology. The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee wasn't pleasant, the restaurant is in the basement & was cold. subsequently the food was cold also. The bread was too sweet for a Brit like me, & the overall choice wasn't great. on 2 out of our 3 breakfasts they didn't have enough food for the amount of people. The staff cleaning up were lovely, & very friendly & they appreciated us clearing up after ourselves. Our room was warm & the water & underfloor heating is controlled by the same panel so if you want hot water you'll have a hot room too. Opening the window helped a little at times but the outside temp dropped a lot on our second day so we didn't need to sleep with it open all night. Free shuttle bus to the airport was fantastic though.
Neat & clean enough room, though my bed had a burn hole in the sheet & the mattress was very uncomfortable.

案内された部屋が清掃されてない 伝えても謝られないで他の部屋に通されただけ フロント24時間と記載されているが0:00〜8:00までは無人 電話も繋がらない フロントに用があっても呼び出しボタンもないのでひたすら待つしかない 待っていても出てくる気配ない トイレも流れない トイレから変な匂いがする 良かったのは静かなのと清掃を頼めばやってくれる所くらい もう泊まりたくないです
ここ以外にも最初に倒された部屋はシャワー室は髪の毛まみれゴミも捨てられていないし、変な匂いがした
